A conference was inaugurated with a prayer by Prof. Seema Trivedi. Then the delegates were welcomed by Prof. Bhavesh Javani. Later, Dr. Y. P. Kosta, Director, Integrated Campus, MEFGI, gave a wonderful speech stating how important a national conference is and what and why is national conference being held for the researchers. He, as a keynote addressee, inaugurated an e-souvenir, i.e. CD for all the attendees showing full fledged national conference and papers being presented.

The conference ended by seeking feedbacks from Bhargavi Goswami, Research Scholar from Rajkot who said that she had a pleasant experience attending this conference. She said al the arrangement was perfectly done. Later another delegate J. Shailaja, Research Scholar, who came all the way from Bengaluru also shared her experience stating it was a great time meeting all the nation wide researchers and gaining ultimate knowledge.The full event was anchored by Prof. Jayashree S.N. and Prof. Pritesh Madlani. Conference was a very much a success for the MEFGIans and helped researchers across nation wide to notice how various research is being carried out.

First session based on Kick starting your research was started by Dr. R. Sridaran, Dean, FCA, MEFGI. He showed an important flow of carrying out a research. He presented all the dos and donts while writing a research paper. He strongly believed that only standard journals and proceedings should be followed for a best research practice. He than moved on how a thesis is to be written showing a clear cut difference between a thesis and a paper. His session was very good and all the attendees were thankful to him for sharing these highly important steps.

The session 2 was chaired by Dr. Chinnam Reddy, Dean, MBA, MEFGI, based on Role of Statistical Methods. He showed that statistics is very much important in carrying out research as it helps in data collection and data identification. It even helps in algorithmic calculations for various research carried out so far. He importantly mentioned that how certain researcher ambiguously deals with statistics and produce irrelevant results. His contribution in conference was admired with great pleasure.

A session 3 was chaired by Dr. Prashanth C.S.R., Head, New Horizon College, Bengaluru, on Research Opportunities in High Performance Computing. He delivered his speech through skype. He explained various tools used for various research opportunities. At the end of the session various questions were asked.

After session 3 completed, a lunch was arranged for all the delegates. Post lunch, the paper presentation was arranged for all the research scholars who had submitted the paper. Those scholars who presented papers were judged by Dr. Atul Gosai and Dr. Nitul Dutta. Those with best presentation and novel research ideas were awarded with memento. A memento was presented to all keynote speaker and the judges as well. Lastly refreshment was arranged for all the delegates.
