The first day of FDP had combination of theory study as well as activities. At the end of every activity faculties were trying to conclude practice of entrepreneurship development, communication and inter-personal skills, creativity, problem solving, achievement motivation training, inputs on resource and knowledge industries. The training methodology includes case studies, group discussion, games and simulation exercise, field visits and classroom lectures.
Second day of FDP also had activities as well as theoretical sessions. One of the best activities for second day is formatting tent with blind folded by faculty members according to conversation by their team leaders. Furthermore Ms. Lakshmi, one of the trainers of FDP, conducted essay writing activity for students of MCA on 11th July and concluded on 12th July about the requirements of students. She has also represented thoughts & perceptions of students regarding their dream teacher which was helpful to improve teaching methodologies of faculties. At the end of day faculties had game using brick to develop their planning and coordination skills. Their talk and analyses on different case studies was extremely informative and enriching. They also shared their industry and research experiences which provoked immense interest and interaction amongst our faculty members.
