Abstract

After overcoming various obstacles, we examined the results of a 38 base pair atomistic molecular dynamic simulation of DNAs. The kinetic properties of water near and far from DNA were analysed. Stability was measured by the number of fluctuations, and the study shows that the system is stable. Orientation dynamics of water near and far from DNA in the different ranges (1) Number Fluctuation, (2) Mean square Displacement [??????(??)], (3) Dipole-Dipole Time correlation Function [??(??)], and (4) OH vector Time correlation Function [??(??)]. Overall, we observed slow dynamics of water near DNA.
