Abstract

BiFeO3 polycrystalline samples are produced at various temperatures using the solid-state reaction method. At increasing sintering temperature, it can be shown from the XRD study that crystallite size grows, and crystallite strain reduces. As the temperature rises, crystallite size increases but the lattice parameter decreases, Dielectric properties of BMFO measured by LCR meter at room temperature with wide range of frequency in which as per observation. There is significant enhancement observed with different sintering temperature. The observed ferroelectric properties of BMFO at different sintering temperatures as per observation the notable improvement of polarization with higher sintering temperature. The maximum Magneto-dielectric constant observed at higher magnetic field in BMFO material at all sintering temperature.
