General Rules for participation

1. The participant must be a student of any college/Institution.
2. All higher secondary, undergraduate and postgraduate are eligible to participate in the events.
3. The participants shall carry their identification card or a letter from the college/Institution they are representing.
4. The participants must present the identity card whenever they are required to do so by our institute representatives.
5. The students can participate in any number of events from the college/Institute .The students must see the event schedule before selecting the events to avoid participating in the events taking place simultaneously.
6. There shall be a registration fee of Rs.100 per person per event to be paid by cash or DD in favour of – Marwadi Universal Education Pvt. Ltd, payable at Rajkot latest by 17^th February 2017. (For Group events, participants shall pay the fee on individual basis) *
7. There shall be a registration fee of Rs.50 per person per event to be paid by students of Faculty of Management of Marwadi College (MBA / BBA / BBA (Hons) / B.Com / MAM / PGDM)*.
8. Out station students can avail the accommodation facility for a fee of 500/-. This fee includes the 2 night-stay in dormitory and breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2 days. Students availing this facility will bring their own toiletries and other necessaries with them.
9. The accommodation shall be provided on first come first basis only. Student need to confirm their accommodation requirement before 15^th February 2017. For more details contact, accommodation coordinator.
10. It shall be the responsibility of the outstation student to reach the institute on time. Bus facility shall be provided to outstation students once they reach Rajkot from specific points at specific time. For more details contact logistics co-ordinators.
11. The registration of the events can be done online on our website Register Click Here Incomplete entries will not be considered for registration.  In case of DD the payment must reach us latest by 17^th February 2017.
12. The last date for online registration shall be 17^th February 2017.
13. If the registration is done after 17^th February, then it will be Rs. 150 per participant per event (including spot registration).
14. The judges’ decision regarding the competition shall be final and abiding.
15. Participants should report to the event venue 30 minutes prior to commencement of the event. (or as mentioned in the event rules)
16. The certificates will be carrying the names given at the time of registration

 

*Registration fee for Fashion Show for any participant is Rs 250 per person.
