In order to make a serene environment, the function was initiated with a small prayer. After the prayer, the dignitaries, the alumni, faculties and students were welcomed by Prof. Ashwin Dobariya. Dr. Y.P.Kosta, Dean, MEFGI Campus, addressed students & faculties and made them to understand the importance of communication & network. He even stated that how much worth is Trust, Promise and Relationship is in ones life. Later, Dr. R. Sridaran, Dean, Faculty of Computer Applications, MEFGI, addressed the students boosting them towards the importance of faiths, beliefs and trust in life quoting different eminent personalities. He beautifully made them explain with help of a picture story, that how positive attitude and positive thinking helps one attain the success in life.
After the speech by dignitaries, an election for Chairman, Vice chairman, Secretary and a joint secretary was made. While the votes were getting counted, students of final year, presented different songs towards alumni. The results were declared by Dr. R. Sridaran, stating, Krupa Kadhecha as Chairman, Mehul Ranpara as Vice chairman, Bhartendu Joshi as Secretary and Kashyap Goradiya as Joint secretary. The event was later hosted by Prof. Disha Parekh and Prof. Hardik Gohel.
Declaring the results spread joy and a very positive vibes in all the students. To felicitate our new office bearers of Alumni Association MCA, a cake was cut by all the four alumni. Alumni later were made to play games and share their experiences with final year students to help them understand the importance of Final year projects and current industry trends. Various alumni shared their experiences and gave certain innovative techniques to their juniors and assured all the faculties to stay connected forever.
Alumni and students along with faculties cherished dinner after the function. Another milestone was achieved by the faculties of MCA. It was a credential for every faculty and collective efforts of all made the event success.
