The Faculty of Computer Applications was propounded by the Marwadi Education Foundation as an independent institution of the integrated campus ushered under the umbrella name of Marwadi Education Foundation's Group of Institutions at Gauridad, Rajkot. The sole aim of the MEFGI is to proliferate education of world class in Gujarat State in general and Saurashtra region in particular.
The Institute offers 3-year full time Masters of Computer Application (MCA) Programme, to facilitate a multifaceted and multi-dimensional growth of professional education. The Institute is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Its Governing Body and Advisory Board includes eminent industrialists, professionals and well renowned academicians and scholars.
The Institute has a clear vision to be the fountainhead of new ideas and innovations in Information Technology and remain a source of inspiration for attaining world-class resources.
