Knowledge Forum Session on Emotional Intelligence - CSI Rajkot Chapter
CSI Rajkot Chapter has organized a Knowledge Forum Session on ‘Emotional Intelligence’ on 6th November, 2015. Shrikumar Menon, Chief Mentor, Skillsgrow Inc., Chennai was the key resource person on the occasion.
About 30 faculty members of different colleges of the city participated. Menon has conducted various activities demonstrating EQ and IQ which are the key requirements of the new age teachers.
Self awareness, self management, empathy and social skills are highlighted as important takeaways of the session. The inaugural talk was given by Dr.R. Sridaran, Founder Chairman of the chapter.
Prof.Sunil Bajeja, present chairman has delivered the vote of thanks. Certificates were distributed to all the participants. Ms.Digna Kotak, Ms.Dimple Chouhan, Prof.Jithesh Solanki and Prof.Jobi Jose, chapter secretary coordinated the event.
