Teacher’s day Celebration with Kids - Socio Nature Club
Socio Nature Club Faculty of Computer Applications, Marwadi University, organized the event of TEACHER’S DAY celebration with KIDS of casual labour families who were engaged for civil work at MEFGI Campus on Date:05-09-2015 between 9:00 to 12:00 noon in an innovative way by the BCA students.
Socio Nature Club members primarily comprising the first batch of BCA students of Marwadi University, have ensured that all the kids of labor on the campus are brought together at the beginning of the activity. Then the activity began with a prayer and students took personal interest in teaching the kids how to read and write for some time. Later all the kids were fed with light snacks.
This novel activity of Teacher’s Day celebration with the Kids of Labour on campus, was carried out under the guidance of Dr. R. Sridaran, Dean-FCA, Marwadi University, in presence of BCA students, faculty members and other staff of Marwadi University.
This entire activity was managed by student’s volunteers, Prof. Ashwin Dobariya, Socio Nature Club Coordinator and Prof. Arjun Dave.
Dr.R.Sridaran, Dean, FOCA, Prof. Sunil Bajeja, HOD-FOCA & Prof.Nilesh Advani TL-Non Technical Club appreciated the efforts of students and congratulated the entire team of Socio-Nature Club.
