MEFGI's Library and Resource Centre holds documents predominantly related to management, engineering, computers, information technology, HRM, Marketing and its allied subjects and aims to develop a comprehensive collection of information resources that are useful for academic and research purposes. The Library and Resource Centre plays a proactive role to ensure that the information resources are acquired and organized to meet the present and future needs of its users.

• The Central Library-E-Resource Centre has comprehensive information resources that are useful for academic and research purpose. It has a large collection of books, journals, DVDs, etc.
• Spread across 1448 sq. mtrs. (2 floors) with a seating capacity of approx. 300 persons.
• RFID based Library Automation System.
• One of the very few Institutions which has implemented Internationally acclaimed Open Source ILS KOHA Software.
• Self-CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT counters.
• Kept open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm on working days. The timing may be extended for more hours in near future.

For the convenience of its students, accommodation in the hostels, on a shared basis, with clean and hygienic dining facilities can be provided by the Institute's campus separately for both boys and girls.

The hostel rooms are spacious, well ventilated and are located within walking distanced from the Institute. All the hostel rooms are fully furnished with beds, study tables, chairs and inbuilt cupboards and are equipped with ceiling fans and lights, special facilities for air conditioner and refrigerator use on payment basis have been provided.

For the added convenience of its faculty and students, the Institute provided transportation facilities through own buses between the Institute Campus and Rajkot City. This transport service operates on a self financed, no profit - no loss basis on all working days, at fixed timings. The central points are determined by the transport committee constituted by the Governing Body.

The Institute has an extremely well-kept self service cafeteria. It caters to the students' taste-bud and is a great place to unwind in between the hectic lecture-lab schedules. The cafeteria is a cheerful place to be in at all times. It bustles with irrepressible youngsters and brims over with their infectious vibrant spirit.
