Final year project (FYP) is one of the most important aspects of job hunting. It is the way of increasing the student’s maturity and preparing him/her for their future career. A good FYP starts with the formulation of a problem, suggests alternative solutions, and then implements one of them. Final year project will inevitably be used as a discriminator to decide how good an engineer you are.
That is exactly purpose of final year project which a college/university uses to provide you with an opportunity to gain experience in the practical implementation. The selection of an FYP is a very important decision and should be made carefully. As per our observations final year students are facing difficulties to finalize domain or title of the project due to less exposure of different domains and tools, software and hardware. FYP is the one of the longest group activity in the engineering. Group work is also one of the important key in the FYP. Most of students have no idea how to begin the project, this is understandable: it is the first time for them. Project work is one of the methods to gain knowledge in different domain.
