Objectives of the workshop

• To provide deep insight into Robotics building blocks
• To develop Robot assembly & testing skills
• To design electrical connections to control wired robot
• To gain knowledge about possible projects in the field of robotics
• To explore the available sensors for robotics

 

Workshop Contents

• Application of Robotics
• Basic parts of robotics
• Hands-on experience on Wired Robot
• Different varieties of sensors (Ultrasonic, Infrared, motion sensor etc)for any robotic system
• Troubleshooting

Workshop Outcomes:

• LED blinking through Arduino
• Display interface through Arduino
• Temperature sensor interface and display
• Interfacing of ultrasonic sensor with Arduino
• Interfacing of Motor with Arduino
• Task development using combination of LCD, LED and Ultrasonic sensor to show range of object.
• Task development using combination of Motor direction and Ultrasonic sensor to detect moving towards wall or away from wall for robotic functions
