In 21st century we are surrounded by smart electronics devices that shape our world. These devices come under the category of Embedded System. Students get access to embedded development platforms equipped with Embedded Processors customized and sponsored by Intel, ARM, FreeScale, Cypress, etc. The lab is also facilitated with industry standard DSP, CPLD, FPGA kits/trainer, Arduino and LPC 2138 Rich development boards.

High frequency lab satisfies the laboratory needs for subjects like antenna wave propagation, microwave engineering, Radar, satellite communication etc. To carry out the experiments of the above mentioned subjects, this lab is equipped with sophisticated kits/trainers like Microwave bench, VSWR Meter, Digital Satellite Trainer, Motorized antenna unit, RADAR Trainer, 1.2 GHz RF source and many more.

Digital electronics lab is catering to the needs of digital era. This lab is fully equipped with required instruments such as Digital Pattern Generator, CRO, DSO, Multimeters, Signal generators and Discrete TTL/CMOS ICs. It helps students to enhance their understanding about various electronic circuits like shift registers, counters, binary adder/subtractors and seven segment display devices etc. This lab is being used by second year students of different branches like ECE, EEE, CE, ITE and ICE.

In this lab students undergo training on the programming and interfacing different microprocessor and microcontrollers like 8085, 8086 and 8051. The lab is facilitated with processor and add-on boards like temperature sensor from Dynalog Electronics. The programming is done using assembly language. An Universal Programmer is also available for programming various programmable ICs.

The linear electronics lab provides resources for the laboratory counterpart of the subjects Analog Circuit Design, Electronics Devices & Circuits, Integrated Circuits & Applications and Advance Electronics. Many kits are available to perform the experiments of Oscillators, different types of OP-AMP, Transistor, Filter Designing, Bridge configurations etc.

In the 21^st century electronic communication is part of day to day life. This lab helps the students to understand the fundamentals of communications and practical requirements of the subjects such as Digital Communication, Analog Communication, Wireless Communication and Optical Communication. In order to carry out the experiments the lab has many kits/trainers like AM, PM, FM, PAM, FDM, TDM, MSK, FOC, Mobile trainer, GPRS, Zigbee, Bluetooth, OFDM, CDMA, FreeDuno Mega 2560ADK etc. It is also comprised of 1 GHz Spectrum Analyzer and DSO of 200 MHz.

In order to understand the world around us, we need to measure the different parameters of the surroundings and analyze it to control it.  To fulfill such requirements and conduct experiments of subjects like Audio Video System, Control Theory, Electronics Measuring Instruments, Electronics Workshop; the lab has different kits/trainer and measuring instruments like CCTV, DVD player, Color TV, Ratio Control System,  Strain Guage, PID Control System, CRO demonstration board and LVDT trainer, LCR meter.

World could be changed by single idea. That idea needs to be converted to hardware or in the form of algorithms. The project lab is provided with instruments that help in transforming such ideas into the required form. It is facilitated with PCB processing setup and high frequency CRO and Function generators and precise multi-meters.

Devices that are fast as well as small in size are the needs of today and tomorrow. We need more computing power than ever before and continue to rise. VLSI domain addresses such issues and the lab is facilitated with FPGA and CPLD based development boards along with Integrated Development Environment, Xilinx ISE.

A simulator is a collection of hardware and software systems which are used to mimic the behaviour of some entity or phenomenon. Simulators are also to be used to analyze and verify theoretical models which may be too difficult to grasp from a purely conceptual level. Such, simulators provide a crucial role in both industry and academia. Electronic circuit simulation uses mathematical models to replicate the behavior of an actual electronic device or circuit. Simulation software allows for modeling of circuit operation and is an invaluable analysis tool.  Electronics simulation software engages the user by integrating them into the learning experience. The lab has schematic capturing, PCB designing and circuit simulation tools.
