Industrial visit at BISAG, Gandhinagar

BISAG-Bhaskaracharya Institute of Space Applications and Geo-informatics located at Gandhinagar, Gujarat has been visited by students of Electronics and Communication of 8th semester FOE and FOT. BISAG, formerly known as Remote Sensing and Communication Centre (RESECO), has been renamed after the great Indian Mathematician of the 12th century ‘Bhaskaracharya’.

Industrial Visit of Khandheri Railway Junction

Students got awareness about Siemens based Software Module which provides complete visual display of railway junction. Instructor has given one demo on the FALSE ALARM and also provided solution to that particular problem. Students got awareness about RELAY BOARD DATA LOGGER equipment. Students also got explanation of Deltron Equipment in that room, which were working on RELAY Outcome.

A visit to FM 98.3 Radio Station has been organized on 7th October 2016 to under-stand the working of various components of the radio station. The station visited was Radio Mirchi which is transmitting on the frequency 98.3 MHz using 6 Omni directional antennas each having height of 120m and power of 8kw each.

INS Valsura located on Rozi island in gulf of kutch 5 km from Jamnagar.
